If any human needs to look for greater energy, he will have to look towards the universe to gain that. Energy is available in abundance and is free flowing, so there is no need to hesitate when it comes to drawing energy from the universe.
The universe keeps circulating the energy, and positive energy is always around us, no matter what happens. So it demolishes all elements of negative energy from any human. This is the reason that we are asked to meditate and withdraw energy from a higher source. The higher source is nothing but the universe.
Although this is a very simple thing, it has been overlooked by man for several centuries.
